Microsoft's Azure SRE Agent analyzes telemetry, identifies root causes, and prepares fixes for engineering approval. The tool has handled over 1.8 million incidents internally, with more than 3,000 service teams using it. For some teams, over half of incidents are now autonomously managed without human intervention, performing actions like restarts, rollbacks, and scaling.
