Go 1.27 JSON API: Faster Unmarshal, Slower Typed Marshal

Go 1.27 adds encoding/json/v2 and reimplements the legacy API on the new engine. Unmarshalling is up to 2.3x faster, but typed struct marshalling is about 1.5x slower than the original. Benchmarks ran on Apple M4 Max and Intel Xeon Gold 6548N.
