SiPearl Rhea CPU enters lab bring-up phase

SiPearl received the Rhea CPU from the fab in late May, starting the bring-up process. The high-performance computing chip has over 80 cores and an innovative memory subsystem. Availability of Rhea1 is scheduled for the end of 2026, according to VP Craig Prunty.
