Tata avoids action after pollution warning in India

Apple supplier Tata said the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board dropped further action against an iPhone component plant after the company addressed wastewater contamination concerns. The regulator confirmed Tata satisfactorily answered all queries and that recent water-sample analysis showed no contamination at the facility.
