Claude-thermos keeps Claude cache warm

Claude-thermos prevents Claude Code's prompt cache from expiring when a subagent runs longer than 5 minutes. The tool launches a local reverse proxy that replays the main agent's last request during idle periods. Cache rebuilds accounted for roughly 22% of the total bill across 185 local sessions.
