EU Workers Face Rising Cyber Threats

A Eurobarometer survey of more than 25,000 EU workers found three in four encountered suspicious emails, messages or links at work in the past six months. Phishing was most common, followed by data theft and malware, with 15pc of incidents involving AI-generated scams. Younger employees reported the highest exposure at 81pc, versus 54pc for those aged 50 and over.
