Grindr agreed on Wednesday to buy PurposeMed, owner of HIV prevention service Freddie, for $250mn in cash and stock. It pays $190mn cash and $60mn shares, with up to $70mn more tied to 2027 targets. The deal, closing by year end, folds Freddie's 55,000 patients into Grindr's app.
