Google Sues EU Over DMA Data Sharing Orders

Google filed two cases at the EU General Court on Monday challenging European Commission orders under the Digital Markets Act. One order requires rival AI assistants to get equal access to 11 Android features by August 2027; the other forces Google to share search query and click data with competing search engines from January 2027.
