TSMC plans to raise chip prices by 5 to 10 percent in 2027, covering mature and advanced 7nm-and-below nodes. Customers exceeding high-performance computing forecasts face an additional 10 to 15 percent premium. Apple, Qualcomm, AMD, Nvidia, and Intel are among the clients affected.
