The FAA cleared SpaceX to fly Starship again after identifying the cause of the May booster failure. The next flight, as soon as Thursday, July 16, will be the second V3 Starship launch and will carry the first 20 third-generation Starlink satellites. SpaceX modified the engine startup sequence and alarm systems to prevent a repeat of the booster's failed landing.
