U.S. diesel prices hit an all-time high of $5.85 per gallon Friday as Ukraine's drone strikes take an estimated 40% of Russia's oil-refining infrastructure offline. Russia halted diesel exports in July, removing about 3% of daily global diesel supplies from markets.
