Porsche Taycan adds paid simulated gearshift

Porsche's 2027 Taycan offers an optional 'E-Shift' mode with a virtual gearbox for an extra charge. New low rolling-resistance tires boost range up to 20 kilometers, and the Performance Battery Plus enables up to 700 kilometers WLTP range. The infotainment system gets five times the computing power.
