Analyst Jeff Pu expects the base iPhone 18 to ship with 12GB of RAM, matching the iPhone 17 Pro, and a narrower Dynamic Island. Ming-Chi Kuo predicts 9GB for both iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e, which would limit some Apple Intelligence features. Both models are expected to use the A20 chip.
