Analyst Jeff Pu says the iPhone 18 will get 12GB of RAM, up from the iPhone 17's 8GB. The iPhone 18e gets 9GB, and both run the A20 chip. The iPhone 18 also gets the new Dynamic Island design debuting on the iPhone 18 Pro.
