Ofcom Investigates Pornhub Parent Aylo

Ofcom is investigating Aylo, Pornhub's parent, over whether its new Apple-based age checks meet Online Safety Act rules. The regulator says Aylo may not have tested the method enough before deploying it in May, potentially letting UK children view porn. If found non-compliant, Aylo faces fines up to £18 million or 10% of worldwide revenue.
