Overwatch Season 5 Adds New Support, Reworks Sombra, Roadhog

Overwatch Season 5, announced at BlizzCon 2026, will introduce a new support hero named Doctrine and rework two existing heroes. Doctrine is a vampiric villain with abilities to empower allies and weaken enemies. Sombra will officially transition from the damage role to support, with reworked abilities to heal allies. Roadhog will receive a new team-focused ability and a change to his hook combo to reduce frustration.
