Ugochukwu Crowned FIA Formula 3 Champion

American driver Ugo Ugochukwu, 19, won the 2026 FIA Formula 3 championship at the season finale in Madrid. He entered the final round trailing Freddie Slater, but Slater's poor qualifying and a crash allowed Ugochukwu to secure the title. He is the first American to win the modern Formula 3 championship.
