DIFF: A Relational Interface for Large-Scale Data Explanation

Researchers from Stanford, Microsoft, Facebook, and Google introduced DIFF, a relational operator that integrates data explanation engines with standard SQL analytics workflows. The operator, implemented in MB SQL, outperforms state-of-the-art engines by up to an order of magnitude on production applications.
