Lothian Buses introduced nine Wrightbus GB Kite Electroliners on Edinburgh's Service 36 route. The £3.6m investment adds battery-electric single-deckers with up to 76 passenger capacity, wheelchair space, and multi-use areas. The buses entered service on 29 June 2026 between Ocean Terminal and the Gyle Centre.
