GitHub Adds Accessibility Statements

GitHub introduces a dedicated home for accessibility statements on repository overview pages. The platform now recognizes an ACCESSIBILITY.md file located in the root,.github/ directory, or docs/ directory. Public repositories can inherit statements from their organization repositories. New repositories include an accessibility issue label by default to help track reported barriers.
