NVIDIA secures exclusive TSMC A16 access

NVIDIA became the sole customer for TSMC's A16 process node, with joint testing underway. The A16 node uses nanosheet transistors and Super Power Rail technology. NVIDIA plans to use A16 for its Feynman GPU architecture in 2028. Apple has not engaged in talks for the process.
