Utah filed felony charges against prediction market platform Kalshi and co-founders Tarek Mansour and Luana Lopes Lara for illegally promoting gambling. Prosecutors allege an undercover agent placed 12 sports wagers in September. The charges include one count of pattern of unlawful activity and 12 counts of online gambling promotion.
