Ford Mustang Mach-E faces phase-out by 2027

Ford is phasing out the Mustang Mach-E as it prepares a new generation of affordable EVs starting with a $30,000 pickup in 2027. The Mach-E will remain on sale until at least 2027 but will not use Ford's new Universal EV platform. Ford's EV business lost $4.8 billion in 2025.
