Prime numbers reduce cloud traffic jams

A new PowerShell module and CSS animation framework called PrimeTime uses prime-number intervals to prevent cloud monitoring traffic jams. The Office 365 team replaced 5-, 10-, and 15-minute scans with ~7, ~11, and ~17-minute intervals. This reduced overlapping queries from every 5 minutes to every ~1309 minutes across 30,000 machines.
