Microsoft's Hyderabad cloud region, India South Central, reached general availability on August 6. The three-availability-zone build is the first delivery against a $17.5 billion India commitment, joining Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai. It uses zero-water cooling and over 1,000 MW renewable power.
