Pixel Recorder Adds Direct File Access

Google's Pixel Recorder now lets recordings appear in the Files app and other apps through a new "Access recordings in other apps" setting, enabled by default. Version 4.2.20260823.x widely rolls out the change, replacing the old share-menu save flow. A Recordings folder shows all audio recorded or downloaded from the cloud. Recorder will also come to Googlebooks.
