TSMC Fab 25 to produce A14 chips by 2028

TSMC submitted a construction permit for Fab 25 in Taichung. The facility will mass-produce A14 chips in the second half of 2028. The A14 process uses NanoFlex Pro architecture, delivering up to 15% faster speeds or 30% lower power, with over 20% improved logic density over N2.
