Cloudflare Opens Agent Payment Gateway Beta

Cloudflare launched a closed beta of its Monetization Gateway, letting domain owners charge AI agents per request using the HTTP 402 status code. Payments settle on Base blockchain in USDC via Coinbase's x402 Facilitator. Ceramic.ai and Stocktwits are early users, and US customers can now pay for AI Gateway inference at request time.
