Microsoft Launches Rebuilt Copilot With Autopilot Agent

Microsoft launched a revamped Copilot on Friday, adding an Autopilot agent that runs long tasks unattended, a Code tab for building apps from prompts, and a Home screen that auto-delegates between Chat and Cowork. Autopilot rebrands Scout, launched in June. Code and Autopilot use usage-based billing. Microsoft calls it a new OS for work.
