Insta360 countersues DJI over gimbal and 360° patents

Insta360 filed two US countersuits accusing DJI of infringing patents for gimbal stabilization, directional control, smooth stabilization, telemetry overlay, and panoramic video stabilization. The patents are incorporated into DJI's Osmo Pocket, Ronin/RS, Osmo Mobile, and Osmo 360 series. Insta360 called the countersuits a direct response to DJI's June 10 lawsuits seeking to ban the Luna Ultra.
