Double the VRAM of an RTX 3070

A modder known as AssassinWarlord doubled the VRAM on an RTX 3070 by transplanting eight Samsung GDDR6 memory modules from a defective RX 6900 XT. The mod required re-balling chips and adjusting shunt resistors. Synthetic benchmarks showed little improvement, but some game titles saw a marked performance benefit.
