Fox Corporation agreed to acquire Roku for $160 per share, an enterprise value of $22 billion. The deal combines Fox's broadcast channels and Tubi with Roku's OS, hardware, and The Roku Channel. Roku's advertising business generated $371 million in revenue in the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
