Amazon launched CloudWatch Omni, an observability service that scores AI agent behavior with 17 built-in evaluators for correctness, faithfulness and tool selection. It unifies agent traces, application services and infrastructure in one view, addressing cases where agents return wrong answers with zero errors and green dashboards. It supports LangGraph, CrewAI and Strands via OpenTelemetry.
