EU rejects Apple blame for delayed Siri AI rollout

The EU rejected Apple's claim that the Digital Markets Act blocked Siri AI in Europe. EU spokesman Thomas Regnier said nothing in the DMA prohibits Apple from introducing new products. Apple sought an exemption from interoperability rules, but the European Commission denied it, citing fair competition for other AI agents.
