Penske buying what's left of Vox Media

Penske Media Corp. acquired Vox Media's digital brands, including The Verge, Eater, and SB Nation. The deal marks the end of Vox, once valued at $1.2 billion. Last month, Vox sold its podcast network and New York magazine to Lupa Systems for around $300 million.
