Researchers at KU Leuven tested 85 crypto wallet browser extensions with about 35 million users and found five privacy weaknesses. Seventeen wallets expose connections between a user's separate addresses. Twenty-three wallets hand out addresses from embedded frames, enabling cross-site tracking that can link pseudonymous crypto identities to real names.
