Instagram launched an AI video editing assistant inside Edits, its CapCut rival, on Wednesday. The tool reads a creator's Instagram metrics, including follows, views, retention, likes and shares, then combines them with comments and trends to surface personalized feedback. Usage is capped, with more available through a Meta One subscription. YouTube is building a similar conversational tool for early next year.
