Epic launches Launcher V2 with 5x faster cold start, 6.5x faster tray restore

Epic Games is releasing Launcher V2, a rebuilt Epic Games Store launcher that is five times faster during cold starts and 6.5 times faster when restored from system tray. The update adds player profile features including banner, level, bio, achievements, games, favorites, and last played. Epic confirmed faster game download speeds are coming in future updates.
