Virginia Judges Can Order Speed Limiters for Cars

Virginia judges can now order speeders caught above 100 mph to install Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) devices. The technology uses GPS to prevent acceleration past the posted limit. Virginia is the first state to launch a statewide court-ordered ISA program. LifeSaver supplies the devices.
