Deluxe Aims to Expand Payments Business With Celero Acquisition

Deluxe agreed to acquire Celero Commerce for $625 million to boost its payments and data revenue. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, will increase combined payments and data businesses to 57% of Deluxe's revenue, up from 31% in 2020.
