Rogers and Fido lowered device shipping fees from $25 to $9 amid CRTC scrutiny over junk fees. The $9 fee is waived for in-store pickup. Telus charges $25 for shipping, while Bell offers free shipping. The CRTC launched a review into Big Three junk fees and sent Rogers a letter about its $40 device handling fee.
