Booking.com CEO envisions AI travel assistant after tarmac delay

Booking.com CEO Glenn Fogel, stranded on a Denver tarmac en route to Aspen, described an AI travel assistant that would have rerouted him before takeoff. The assistant would have warned of bad weather and offered backup options like a car service or shuttle. Fogel spoke at Fortune's Brainstorm Tech conference.
