AI Performance Reviews Raise Worker Fears

European workers and unions are pushing back as employers adopt AI tools to write performance reviews. At a Sifted event, an ING manager said AI can draft feedback but must not decide firings. Dutch union FNV warns AI reviews can embed bias, while UK law gives workers little protection against automated management decisions.
