GoTo Report Finds AI Fear, Misuse in Workplace

GoTo and Workplace Intelligence surveyed 2,500 employees and IT leaders globally, finding AI can save over two hours daily but poor governance is causing fear. Over 80% of participants fear being fired for an AI mistake, and 31% avoid using AI for that reason. A quarter of IT leaders reported AI has already negatively impacted clients or finances.
