Apple's camera chief Jon McCormack says AI gives normal people superpowers, as Apple adds Extend and Spatial Reframe features to the Photos app in iOS 27. The features generate fake pixels to expand photos or change perspective. Apple claims a measured approach, not doing AI for the sake of AI.
