India, 17 Others Reserve Rights in Russia-EU CBAM WTO Dispute

India, the US, UK, China and 14 other countries have reserved third-party rights in Russia's WTO dispute against the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. The WTO Dispute Settlement Body agreed to establish a panel to examine Russia's claims that CBAM creates trade barriers and violates WTO rules. The mechanism affects exports to the EU.
