Apple secures over half of TSMC 2nm capacity

Apple secured over half of TSMC's 2nm process capacity for 2026. The chips will power the iPhone 18 A20/A20 Pro, MacBook Pro M6, and Vision Pro R2. The A20 series adopts TSMC's WMCM packaging for the first time, improving thermal efficiency and yield while reducing costs.
