Ford Bronco Filson Paves Path for Lincoln Off-Roader

Ford's Bronco Filson, co-developed with outdoor brand Filson, drives Lincoln into premium off-road space. Chief Engineer Ed Krenz said the vehicle places Ford in the same market as Land Rover, Mercedes and Lexus. Ford stated the Bronco Filson will inform future Lincoln off-road product development. Lincoln explored such a move about four years ago with a small group of dealers.
