Linux 7.4 will include a new BTB CTX Isolation feature for AMD Zen 6 CPUs later this month. This security defense addresses the SRSO vulnerability by isolating user/kernel and guest/host contexts. The patch currently sits in the tip/tip.git branch and adapts the AMD SRSO mitigation for this specific capability.
