Google AI Overviews treats SCP fiction as fact

Google's AI Overviews feature presents entries from the SCP Foundation fan fiction universe as real, skipping any mention they are fictional. Futurism found at least 20 cases where AI summaries described fake anomalies like a crab-like human head or a first-person toaster without flagging the content as invented.
